1. Q: Where is Digital Shoppers?
A: We are an online retailer, we do not have any brick and mortar shops in any province in South Africa.



2. Q: What payment methods can I use?
A: We only accept upfront payments via Visa or MasterCard credit or debit cards, manual electronic funds transfer (EFT), Instant EFT or BANK DEPOSITS.



3. Q: Where is my order?
A: When your order has been packed and is ready to ship, you will receive an email or SMS with the subject line: ‘Your order is ready to go!’ This email contains a tracking link. Click on this link and BOOM! It will take you directly to our order tracking page



4. Q: How do I exchange an item or get a refund?
A: Regrettably, due to products sold via our online store being of a consignment and after-market nature, we are unable to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges of any kind. All sales are final.



5. Q: How do I return the product for a REFUND?
A: Yes, we do offer refunds for damaged items. Refund only valid for 2 days after receiving the product. 


6. Q: How do you deliver?
A: We use FedEx to deliver! Delivery takes 7-21 working days.


7. Q: Are the shoe sizes on this store in UK, US, or EU sizing?

A: All shoe sizes listed on our store are in UK sizing. Please check the size chart if you need conversions to US or EU sizes.

 

8. Q: Do I still get free shipping?

A: Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders. However, VAT and customs duties are the customer’s responsibility and may be charged by local authorities upon arrival.

 

9. Q: How much will I pay in VAT and duties?

A: For deliveries to South Africa, possible customs duties and clearance fees depending on the product type. On average, customers pay between R300 and R400 on shoes and R500 - R1000 on bags in total for VAT and duties. These charges are collected by the courier on behalf of customs before delivery. Please note that we do not control these fees, and they are separate from the product price.
